Refund Policy


This site is not subject to the cooling-off (unconditional cancellation) stipulated by the INDIAN Act of Specified Commercial Transactions. Cooling off is not available.

We accept returns and exchanges in the following cases.

  • PRINCIPALLY WE DO NOT OFFER ANY RETURN OR EXCHANGE SCHEME.
  • If the product has initial defects or defects, or if the product is damaged during delivery, the customer should notify us within 24 TO 48 HOURS after the product arrives, and we will check the operation of the product.
  • When it is clearly due to our mistake such as product difference

Return / Exchange Procedure

Please contact us within 24 TO 48 HOURS from the delivery date using the inquiry form or our toll-free number (+91-7891096968). We will inform you about the procedure if it corresponds to the return or exchange specified by us.

Refunds

No refund fees will be charged to the customer.

When paying by credit card, Rakuten Pay, Amazon Pay, PayPay

After confirming the arrival of the returned product, the credit card charge will be cancelled. If your credit card company crosses the deadline, the refund will be the next withdrawal date.

When paying by bank transfer, cash on delivery, or convenience store payment After confirming the arrival of the returned product, the product will be refunded to your account. (It may take 2 to 3 weeks due to administrative procedures)

However, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer's convenience.

  • Products that have been used once
  • Products that do not fit the size and comfort of the product
  • Products that are marked as non-returnable at the time of sale, etc. The cost will be borne by the customer.
